Refund eligibility is determined by the specific programme or service purchased. Refund conditions, if applicable, will be stated at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where access to content has been substantially used or where the request falls outside any stated refund window.
7.3 Pricing Changes
We may update our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect enrolments or purchases already completed. Continued use of the platform following a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the revised fees for future transactions.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ogerd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your submission of content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
