Within the scope of your personal use licence, you are permitted to view and interact with content during active sessions, download materials that are explicitly marked as downloadable, and take personal notes derived from seminar content for your own study purposes.
3.3 Restrictions
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content in any medium. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software. You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform. You may not sublicence, sell, or otherwise transfer access to any platform content to third parties.
4. User-Submitted Content
4.1 Ownership Retained by Users
You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the platform, including discussion contributions, assignments, feedback, and other materials you create independently. ogerd does not claim ownership over your original submissions.
4.2 Licence Granted to ogerd
By submitting content to the platform, you grant ogerd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the platform. This includes displaying your contributions to other participants in the same seminar or discussion environment.
4.3 Representations and Warranties
By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, that your submission does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and that your content does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may incorporate third-party content, tools, or technologies that are subject to their own intellectual property terms. ogerd obtains appropriate licences for such third-party materials where required. Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights in third-party intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the platform as intended.

6. Copyright Infringement Claims
6.1 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content available on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to our team. Your notice should include a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, a description of the material on our platform that you believe is infringing and its location, your contact information including name and email address, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

6.3 Repeat Infringers
ogerd reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for users who are found to have repeatedly infringed intellectual property rights, whether their own submissions or their misuse of platform content.
7. Open Source Components
Certain components of the platform may be built using open source software. Where open source licences apply, those licences govern the use of the specific components to which they relate. Nothing in this policy restricts rights granted under applicable open source licences, and nothing in any open source licence affects ogerd's rights in its proprietary platform elements.
8. Confidential Materials
Some seminar content, including preparatory materials, case study analyses, and participant discussion summaries, may be designated as confidential. Where content is marked confidential or restricted, you agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute that content outside the platform environment without the express written consent of ogerd.
